Mike Schreiber, Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board
Mike (COO) is an experienced entrepreneur and founder of MFC. From one retail carpet showroom in 1988 to a flooring company spanning the East Coast from Miami to Maine, Mike built his business based on a commitment to customer satisfaction and as a trusted partner. He has built MFC through a combination of organic growth and periodic acquisitions to achieve continuous, profitable growth. Given the scale of the company today, Mike works closely with branch office leaders and field employees to assist the MFC branches to operate as ‘One Company’ in executing its internal business processes. MFC employees are key to the success of MFC. Mike’s priority is to ensure MFC emphasizes hiring the best candidates and providing attractive benefits and growth opportunities resulting in a leadership employee retention history. His 30+ years of experience in the industry have resulted in close working ties with all of the flooring industry suppliers and similar close relationships with leaders in the Property Management and General Contracting segments. Mike is an Advisory Board Member of Multi Family Solutions by FloorExpo, and his insights are sought-out by other flooring industry leaders. Integral to the success of MFC is its use of its internally developed 360Vision Software ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solution. Mike provided numerous design change recommendations based on his in-depth industry knowledge. As a result, the ERP-platform is a strategic asset for MFC to consistently deliver competitive prices to customers while holding profit margins throughout both growth and recessionary economic cycles. 360Vision’s product set is the same suite of applications third-party customers use to run their businesses.
Leslie Schreiber, Chief Administrative Officer
Leslie (CAO) has been in the floor covering business since college, and started as an assistant to the sales team of a well-known residential carpet company in Northern Virginia. Following her graduation from West Virginia University, she began working for the same carpet company in their commercial division. She worked closely with several of the well know General Contractors in Northern Virginia and built a successful sales reputation as a Commercial Sales representative. Her success was built on the enthusiasm and skill she exhibited handling the fast pace of the commercial business from reading blueprints, bidding large jobs and project managing them out in the field. While selling commercial jobs for this company, she also worked with Mike Schreiber to found his first retail carpet showroom. After taking a leave period to establish the Schreiber family with two sons, in 1994 she started working with Michael in the property management line of business. Today, Leslie’s co-founder focus is leading all field support activities including installer scheduling, compliance, billing, credit approval, purchasing, and vendor payables. The company has made strides in recent years to more centrally manage the functions, and recently brought these related functions under Leslie’s capable leadership. Leslie is a Director on the MFC Board of Directors.
Bart Snell, President and CFO
Bart is MFC’s President and CFO and reports to the MFC Board. He coordinates activities across the company as he directly manages the HQ functions of Finance, Treasury, IT, HR, and external partner relationships. Bart applies his information technology background by working with Mike Fitzgerald (CTO) to build 360Vision Software’s brand awareness. With the merger of FloorPro’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software into MFC in 2015, Bart was appointed the President of 360Vision Software. He is particularly excited with the launch of its newly released version to existing and new customers in 1Q 2018. 360Vision provides the MFC management team with a drill-down view capability allowing them to see the total company on one screen (for example, Accounts Receivable), and then they can then drill-down to address issues by business unit, customer, and/or individual sales transaction or project. The recently released 360Vision version also incorporates many innovative features permitting Bart and the management team to more closely monitor Cash Flow by individual projects — particularly valuable in managing large, new construction projects. Bart works closely with MFC’s banking relationships with Beltway Capital LLC, M&T Bank, and First Virginia Community Bank. Bart is a Director on the MFC Board of Directors.
New England, Jim Schollmeyer
After a successful 20 year career in finance Jim opened All American Marketing Services Corporation. Jim focused on the sales and distribution of hardwood flooring throughout the Metro NY market. Seeing the need for quality installation and finishing services, Jim began marketing all aspects of hardwood from supply through install and finish. He did so through organic S.E.O marketing as well as traditional brick and mortar approaches. Prior to joining Mike’s Flooring Companies in March of 2016 as the New England Regional Manager, Jim enjoyed 2 years as Director of Sales and Operations for Newark Flooring, Newark N.J.
Mid-Atlantic, Bob Beahm
Bob has been with MFC for over 11 years, and has over 35 years in the flooring industry. He leads the Sales and Project Management teams in the Mid-Atlantic region covering the Retail, Property Management and Commercial lines of business. His teams have undertaken particularly challenging projects for the Federal government in addition to the private sector. Bob and his team have built a New Construction practice over the last several years, establishing MFC as a trusted partner with a growing number of national General Construction firms. Bob was one of five people selected in 1996 to initiate the Retail Advisory Committee for Wools Of New Zealand.

Florida, Carmen Riccelli
Carmen has been with Mike’s Flooring for over 15 years, and now leads the rapidly growing Florida sector. He started with MFC in New England as the company’s initial New England regional leader. Over the subsequent years, Carmen and his team solidified the MFC brand in New England while also building out the company’s infrastructure and management systems in the region. When the company decided to expand into the Southeast, Carmen was the obvious choice to open and establish operations in the strategic Florida marketplace. Repeating his success, Florida quickly became a source of new business for MFC and permitted the company to provide service to its core clients along the length of the East Coast. In 2013, Carmen’s responsibilities expanded to include the Southeast region with office locations in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa
